No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any services, labor, consulting, subscriptions, retainers, digital products, or fees once work has commenced or services have been made available.

Services and Labor

Due to the nature of professional IT services and time-based labor:

  • Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.

  • Time spent on diagnostics, troubleshooting, consulting, configuration, monitoring, or support is billable and non-refundable.

  • Managed services fees are non-refundable once the service period has begun.

Digital Products and Deliverables

All digital products, configurations, scripts, documentation, reports, and deliverables are non-refundable once delivered or made accessible.

Subscriptions and Recurring Services

Subscription and recurring service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including partial months or unused service time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for prior charges.

Hardware, Software, and Third-Party Costs

Hardware, software licenses, cloud services, domain registrations, and third-party fees are non-refundable once purchased, ordered, provisioned, or activated.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if required by law or if explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties. Verbal agreements or assumptions do not constitute an exception.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for services already rendered constitutes a breach of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend services and pursue collection of unpaid balances.

Satisfaction Concerns

If you have concerns about services provided, please contact us promptly. While refunds are not offered, we will make reasonable efforts to address service-related issues in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

By purchasing services, paying an invoice, or using our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
